The project for the upgrading and renovation of the Jiaxing Railway Station area is a major project and landmark project among the "One Hundred Projects in One Hundred Years" in Jiaxing City. Among them, the South Square project includes an 11-story special-shaped steel structure tower and a podium area with seven steel structure annex buildings in the shape of jade jue (a kind of ancient jade ornament) with heights ranging from 2 to 4 floors. This renovation project, from the perspective of urban design, aims to improve the overall user experience, return the green square to the citizens, and create a green, cultural and historical transportation and business complex, thus comprehensively enhancing the urban quality of the railway station area.
